Celebrating my husband's Bday

I admire your witty intelligent. You are like a walking calculator ! a genius !

You continually amazes me with your ideas, visions, and success!

You are always responsible and care , you can handle a hard job that's 100% sure

 Now that I look back , how we have grown so much together
since the first time I met you in Montreal , Fall 1994 until now , crazy right?

You have  strong determination  and hilarious, you are the only person who can make me laugh and cry so hard  ^^  that show how much I am crazy about you

I love seeing how much you have grown in Jesus :) that amazes me the most


You play and spend time more with Brian than ever before , you make him so happy...


I can go on and on about you...

You know that Brian and I love you very much

We are so proud of the man you have become , we thank God for you

Cranberries dan Almond Biscotti

Bahan:

200 g gula pasir
100 g butter
3 butir telur
1 sdt  vanila extract
200 g almond , ( saya beli yang sudah diiris )
200 g dried cranberries


Bahan kering, diayak bersama:

400 g all purpose flour
1 sdt baking powder
½ sdt garam


Cara Membuat:

Kocok gula dan mentega menggunakan mixer berkecepatan sedang hingga pucat dan mengembang.
Tambahkan telur secara bertahap, sambil terus dikocok hingga rata. Masukkan vanila, kocok rata.

Masukkan bahan kering yang sudah diayak bersamaan , almond dan dried cranberries  secara bertahap sambil diaduk lipat menggunakan spatula .

Bagi adonan menjadi dua bagian.

Gulung  bentuk silinder, berdiameter 8 cm.
Susun di loyang cookies yang telah diolesi mentega.
Panggang dalam oven panas bersuhu 180° C hingga matang dan keemasan (± 25 menit). Keluarkan.
  
Potong-potong serong roti setebal 1½ cm. Taruh di loyang, bagian yang terpotong menghadap loyang.
Panggang panggang kembali untuk mengeringkankan mengeringkan  teksturnya (± 20 menit),
balik kue setengah jalan.

Setelah keluarkan dari oven dan dinginkan.

Tahu Udang masak bumbu Taoco pedesss

Bahan:

1 kotak soft Tahu / tahu sutra , potong-potong dadu dan  rebus sebentar

200 gr Udang kupas

3 sdm Tauco (sesuaikan dengan selera masing masing)

5 buah Cabe Hijau besar ,iris serong tipis
1 buah Parika, iris sesuai selera
3 siung bawang putih, cincang
3 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
1 batang serai, iris kasar

2 sdm kecap manis
 ½ sdt merica hitam
1 sdt garam
1 sdt tepung kanji, larutkan dengan sedikit air
3 sdm minyak goreng ( sesuai selera )

Cara Membuat:

Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah, aduk hingga layu.
Masukkan cabai  hijau dan serai. Aduk hingga layu.
Masukkan udang, irisan paprika dan tauco, masak sampai setengah masak
Masukkan Tahu dan  aduk rata.
Tambahkan garam , gula, merica dan kecap manis.
Lalu didihkan hingga matang.
Tuangi larutan tepung kanji, didihkan hingga kental. Angkat dan Sajikan dengan nasi hangat,
